Continued Pre-AP placement. Targets: maintain 4.0 unweighted GPA, increase advanced course count, first attempt at AMC 8 in January 2027.

Standardized Testing

Test record being built from PSAT 8/9 onward. The Service Academy and ROTC pathways require SAT or ACT by junior year; current Top 10 universities require either test for admission as of the 2025–26 cycle.

  • PSAT 8/9Grade 8 or 9. Establishes the longitudinal SAT score record.
  • PSAT/NMSQTGrade 10–11. National Merit Scholarship qualifier.
  • SAT / ACTGrades 11–12. Multiple sittings; superscored where allowed.
  • AP ExamsBeginning whenever the first AP course is taken.
